Israeli proportional represention, kind of, and multi-party party-list system is, btw, the joke of
multi-party systems, all over the globe. (except in some dark democrazy regions)
Key-words, "party lists" and although a known problem for many moons and decades,
centuries, that thing about how to set up the lists, buying those lists, like Sharon.
(fairly close to regular US 2-party stuff, the really funny unspeakable thing)

I am forced to admit (the words some dysfunctional media-magazines like to use) that
all of this is kind of 2-3 levels more than any 2-party citizen might understand.
Please have tolerance for what the citizens of Canada and UK go through, trying to
understand the opposite of they have been instilled and installed with, and then
some more until they have a little chance of understanding it.
