Ok, first point I have about the situation with N. Korea.. Shouldn't Jong be negotiating a non-aggression pact with S. Korea and NOT the US??

I would certainly be interested in seeing both Koreas involved in such a pact, as well as seeing major troop reductions by the North, with the US participating. Seoul being a mere 25 miles from the border and well within artillery range.

But since N. Korea's only threat, that it can manifest, is to invade its southern brother, not the US, one has to ask what's to be gained from signing one that doesn't include S. Korea.

If anything, it would be a ruse aimed at getting US troops to leave S. Korea before the North has disarmed and ceased it's threatening activities.
