No according to Dave Ray...according to him, journalists, except the ones that work for Fox, are all brain dead. Come to think of it, do any journalists work for Fox?
I don't think ALL journalists are "brain dead". But I do think the vast majority are shown to be extremist liberals, just as the vast majority of hollywood actors are extremist liberals.
One can speculate about why this would be; but there is no question that it is a fact -- one need only read the NY or LA Times, look at CNN or MSNBC, or worse, ABC or CBS News. It only takes a second to figure the bias out, IF you are open to seeing it.
As to my belief that journalists are not thinking people, it, there really isn't anything special about journalists. As I have previously posted, I believe liberals may have particular skills involving certain talents (acting, music, WRITING, etc.) but many lack basic analytical reasoning skills (there is some support for the notion that "intelligence" takes multiple forms, and some people may have one form while others have different forms. It should come as no surprise that journalists are successful as writers because it is what they're best at).
I have yet to see, for example, a journalist who can understand tax legislation well enough to write about it in a sensible way. The politicians know this, so you get these remarks like Tom Daschle's over the weekend which have zero basis in fact. He knows journalists can't understand the issues and therefore can't challenge him. |
