China will have no trouble raising capital to finance debt as their economy grows as their surplus continues with USA and other western economies as their middle class emerges AS THEIR YUAN CURRENCY GROWS..... foreign investment will gradually ramp up until it becomes extremely significant then debt issuance will become easy as pie as easy as the US was able to raise capital to finance the supposed Miracle 1990 decade how easy was it to raise telecom debt? wait until the Yuan starts trading and appreciating oy oy oy by then I may have already transferred some gold profits into the Chinese largecap mutual funds / jim
