I haven't had any problems reaching Richard's page, Bill. It's odd how certain sites present problems only in some cases. For example, Bill Riedeman can't access any pages at my site -- he always gets timed out. The Internet in its infancy, I suppose. In fact, I just tried to submit this message and got timed out.
