Yes, and why not? It is with fairly certain knowledge that the government is actively searching ALL electronic traffic as we speak. My part of the traffic is rather inconsequential and I'm sure they don't spend much time on it -- usually.

But if I'm critical of the Bush Administration, will I get on the "Enemies of the White House" list (or whatever it is called these days)? It happened with Nixon, and it happened in the 1950's during the Red Scare. We're actually overdue based upon historical precedent.
