Yea ...I hate this type of crap too ...in light of all the BS in this sector over the last year, you'd figure this type of crap would have ended.

In any event, I do believe that CDR does have a good property and a reasonable chance of finding something worthwhile .... hope that you do not find that is too much hype <g>
