Here is the news release information I was referring to:

Roger Vallo, a past president of General Telephone & Electronics, and now President of PCTH Information Technology division said:

!! We expect that the acquisitions being announced will give the group a strong infrastructure, national coverage, and the ability to provide a broad range of services to business, residential and institutional customers.

These services are expected to include internet access; Internet and highly customized web content; intranet systems (private networks using Internet technology); long-distance telephone services; proprietary software; and a product line of multi-protocol computer network bridge/routers.!!

It sounds good to me, although some of you may know more about these things. I wonder if the big companies are starting to worry?
