They have 12 years of appeals. What additional testimony, indicating innocence, from a condemned inmate would sway someone after all that time? A sudden jolt of memory? The answer is none. Forensic evidence, new eyewitness testimony and new corroboration are what can prove innocence. Dead man's testimony is already in the record.
