The reason the stock is down is because they are doing a secondery offering of 3 million shares. They need this because they will be letting their employees buy shares in september.The companies business is really booming. They just got the go ahead to build another parking lot for their employees because they are adding a third shift. They are asking for more help.Anyone want A job?
