Hi Harry:

I had the 15th as my target date for really raising cash, chtr & LSI went today, eln trader may go tomorrow. I may play for one more market rally but not with much cash.

IMO we start attacking IRAN right after the 27th. I doubt market will like that, initial uncertainity. A couple weeks of bombing campaign, all nations in arms during period should put a damper on markets until ground campaign starts. IRAQ has already proven in violation of the UN terms. US can go any time but is just waiting till inspector report and then go to UN. Politically Bush can't let Sadamn jerk him around like he did previous administration so I see us going pretty soon unless Sadamn leaves.

Victors write history and once we invade we'll find chemical and biological weapons. If IRAQ didn't have them they would have documented what they did with previous undestroyed weapons. All the naysayers will be running for cover and then the economy starts to improve. Some where in this time frame will be a good time to buy.

Bad news is I'm probably going to Europe during it (early march).

All FUD aside the tax cut is a huge stimulus to the economy. It stimulates consumption and debt payments. Long term consequences with the gov't. debt should be negative.
