<DNA development is mostly a random event with statistical success rather than being designed and engineered for a predicted context >

Notice the 'mostly' which relegates the entire idea to the junk heap without further investigation. "DNA development" in itself begs an entire idea that is then cast off as the brain goes right on to use discreet models and ideas [ramdom] and stay in it's 'comfy zone'. Also note that the religious fanatic and the nobel scientist have practically identical DNA... making that point entertainment.

I like your part about sabre tooth hunting however... much of todays society encourages mental stories swishing around in the head [work, problem solving, etc]. Many would need a Sabre tooth to give them a good bite to wake them up to reality. Many people don't realize that they are not their minds... that the mind is a tool, that in todays world often runs their lives without them even noticing.
