Would you change your mind if your nine year old daughter was raped, set on fire, and then decapitated before tossed into a field? Would you wish the perp to sit in a prison for 30 or 40 or 50 years, getting to use the computer, get a law degree, join a gang, or how about even conjugal visits.... what do you think then? Can we send them to Canada and let you take care of them?
