I don't think Bush politically can keep that military there eating up all kinds of dough when virtually every state in the union's respective budgets are being busted up. Moreover, the presence of those troops in those lands for certain will further stir the caldrons of Muslim hatred for Americans, thus enhancing Bin Laden's anti-American recruiting efforts.

'Tis true. Those it's gonna be very difficult for Bush to keep our soldiers there until seasonal temperatures become favorable. He'll definitely need an excuse to begin his war, whether it's sending in a manned low-flying airplane for Saddam's forces to shoot down, whether it's diplomatically recognizing and opposition government and coming to their assistance regardless of the position of the UN; whether it's claiming the Iraqis are still holding a prisoner of war from his dad's war; whether weapons of mass destruction get planted for the UN inspectors to find, etc.
