Zeev: ROFL!!! You even had me looking up the word "cornuciated" in my dictionary. (VBG) Please enlighten me on this new word when get a spare moment. ;-)

Of course, you are correct in your identification of the other downside risks involved, but you also have to acknowledge that there are upside opportunities as well (e.g., 7-7 may be turned around quicker than anticipated, profits may turn out to be higher than $2.5 MM, the bandits may decide to take their money and run, a short squeeze may occur). Furthermore, the circumstances at GRNO are totally different, and I think it is quite a stretch to compare the two companies.

IMO, the biggest uncertainty is whether or not the Reg S bandits will be able to breach the 50 MM share "wall" surrounding the "fort". That's why I conducted my analysis with that as the key variable.

I am by no means certain that the company (or its shareholders) will be able to successfully resist a "breach" of the 50 MM "wall", but I can make an educated guess of that probability and compare it to the minimum probability required to make the investment a breakeven scenario.

Razor

PS - Please tell me when you are shaking like an "automn leave", because this is a key variable that I need to incorporate into my analysis. (VVBG)
