Contrast this with the previous administration which based their decisions on the changing winds of polls, and you'll see my point. You do better when you don't listen to D.Ray. Any person who thinks dubya listens to the polls any less than Clinton did is a fool. Don't let Ray's love affair with Bush lead you to think otherwise. ted
