The only way a nation can "pay off" it's debt without artificial, government-created RUIN, is to outgrow it. America can, and will do that, now that the two clowns, Clinton and Rubin, have been chased out. We have had increasing debt since WWII. WHERE IS THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE? It's just another left wing MYTH...
