It is the continuing error of the neoconservatives to assume that Bush is not a moron We are about to find out. The State of the Union will tell. it's typical for conservatives to believe that intelligence is inherited, so what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. The stakes are much higher for 2.0. 1.0 will be remembered as a mediocre president with a signficinant military win that he failed to leverage. If you are right 2.0 will be known as the president that destroyed US credibility and authority in the world. He will be reviled. Paul
