BTW, circumcision does reduce sensation to the glans of the penis. Think about it. Without the covering of the foreskin the glans is exposed all the time. Never heard of it making a difference in sensation to women either, but there are certainly aesthetic opinions which differ. My problem with circumcision is that it probably serves no purpose, and is therefore an unnecessary surgery performed on a new born. Also, until recntly doctors didn't even use anesthetic because they didn't feel babies had the same sort of pain response or pain memory as other humans. If that sounds like idiocy, that is because it was idiocy.

And of course you are right about female circumcision, which is not circumcision at all but a removal of the clitoris and sometimes the labia.
