Please help me understand why "we" {US} HAVE to manage internal affairs (situations as you call it) of other countries.


Bush committed us to not only getting the Terrorists, but getting the countries that harbor these Terrorists. Some of these countries will not have to be invaded, just "Managed." What that will amount to depends on the situation.
