Charleymane, Re: Bob Novak -- Novak has a rare talent to make me just want to reach out and throttle someone. His snippy comment about Stone and the Soviets is unsubstantiated poppycock and retro McCarthyism come back to haunt us. Novak is a small minded gossip and nothing more. Though I must admit I love reading his gossip on how the Congressional Republicans are getting ready for an uprising down on their reservation. Like Tony Blair who is actively being plotted against by his Labor Party backbenchers in the UK, Bush is now starting to have to face the wrath of the Congressional Republicans that he's arrogantly stepping on in his mad dash toward totalitarianism. Politics are certain to be a mad tangle this year. Ciao
