If you are pointing to a change in fundamentals as reason for the stock going lower or higher, which major ones do you point to that have the stock running up 50+ points in the last three weeks.

No reason to answer, I'm justing making a point .I read the (2) Dell threads and in most cases I see all news being treated as good news even if if it potentially be bad news.

The one consistent thread of news that is being ignored is the "price war". CPQ, IBM and HWP are attacking and meeting or beating Dell's price in all major corporate bids. This is where the large volume occurs and where Dell has made tremendous inroads. By attacking the large bids these companies
- do not have to lower retail prices
- can undercut Dell without spooking shareholders to much
- defend their desktop space to help the sell higher end products and services throughout the enterprise.

Just my opinion, but if fundamentals are being looked at this is an important one.
