DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2003--

Terra Lycos Removes Slanderous Statements from
IPVoice Message Board on Raging Bull

IPVoice Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:IPVO) (www.ipvoice.com)
announces effort to end libelous and fraudulent anonymous postings on
the internet. IPVoice management has logged hundreds of hours in
recent months answering investors' inquiries in regard to the
misrepresentations of some individuals consistently posting unfounded
negative statements on various stock message boards. While IPVoice
supports the free flow of information and opinion, it no longer will
tolerate malicious and reckless abuse of the message board forum. In
addition to responding to shareholders' inquiries, IPVoice will now
proactively pursue violators with the single objective of stopping any
future abuse. In just such an early effort, Terra Lycos (Nasdaq:TRLY)
immediately terminated one violator's posting privileges on the
IPVoice Message Board on Raging Bull after being notified of the
issue.
"The abuse of message boards in a coordinated effort to achieve
nefarious objectives has grown to epidemic proportions," states Philip
Verges, CEO of IPVoice. "In general, the advance and proliferation of
internet enabled investment tools has been tremendously empowering for
the average individual investor. Unfortunately, those same tools have
made the average investor easily susceptible to stock market abuse."
