Good Luck!!! Cougar Holly, Good luck with your "battle"... Quitting is such a drag... but then food starts to taste better,...and if you're a jogger, you can breathe so much better and run faster and longer... And it's a lot cheaper... although cigarettes are pretty cheap in the U.S. Up here in "Canajun territory" a lot of people gave up the habit when the government raised the price of a pack of smokes up to around six bucks or so... Crazy, eh?? I remember one friend quitting when it reached the point that her cigarettes were costing over $300 a month... They're a bit cheaper again now... the government dropped the price after "cigarette smuggling" got really out of hand and they were missing out on all of the "revenue" from cigarette taxes... Sort of shows you where their priorities really are, doesn't it?? Smoke-free VooDoo Zone
