When all is said, we had an impulse out of Dec 31, and then a lot of horizontal stuff. This imho is either a consolidation, or the market is very weak and unable to mount a proper matching move. OTC indices may have made an unpretty “C“ into the top yesterday, which may be in the process of being tested. I guess my bias is slightly bearish here, but my $$ are on the sidelines.
