You looked at my arguments bass ackwards....or I presented it so.

When I say the bankruptcies punish those that have run their businesses well. What I am getting at, is that those that were irresponsible or incompetent get relief in paying monies owed to well run business. Therefore, many well run businesses get the shaft due to no fault of their own.
You may argue that credit should never have been extended to the business that went belly up....well you need a darn good rear view mirror for that, sometimes.
