I'm saying that the Junior Bush is trying to distract from his failure to followup on the first month or two of attacks on Afganistan. This is because he lacks either the willpower to actually fight Al Qaeda, or the competence to get a formerly sympathetic world to help. Actually he probably lacks both which is why the days go by with no results from his pledge.
