Yes, two different birds, and both will be caused by irresponsible top-heavy policies that enrich the insiders, reduce employment, explode the debt. The result is the worst of all worlds -- inflation of all gov't and monopolized costs (such as medical care) and depression, giving the term "wage slave" new meaning.
