If circumstance prevail in that direction, I will concede your point. But I suspect both Saddam and George 2.0 aren't going to back down so this will be a moot point.

With North Korea, George 2.0 is over his head. Pyongyang is a different caliber of threat and a situation in which the eventual solution will be a modified version of the original Clinton plan--more crisis management rather than conflict resolution.
