If it happens, the Koreans would get a big jump on the GSM cabal and could steal the handset show in Asia AND Europe, while Q dominates the WCDMA chip business!! And Dr J's '04 timetable for meaningful WCDMA handset sales could prove to be spot on. But only for Q-powered handsets!! Oh irony, sweet irony.
