Being a guy, I find the idea of bisexual women less offensive than bisexual men and yes I can see some hypocrisy in that. As for the study you mentioned, I don't know. Most women I've known have more male than female friends, but at the same time they don't seem to be as sexually obsessed as men. BTW, a bit of trivia you may not know is the Chinese character for danger, which is two women under the same roof.
