Yes, E*trade makes mistake but it did not promise to give confirmation in 60 seconds. You should know the AOL story. AOL compensates millions for the Ad they could not dilevery. E*trade compensates customers if the mistake is completely due to their fault.

Datek is completely different story. It cheats customers using that false ad and gives no help even if it is absolutely their fault.

Would you happy if the market bid price is same and even higher than your limited order for more than 10 minutes and your order could not been filled and then they lie to you when you called the company? E*trade sold my limited order of same stock at same day at $16 but datek could not even partially fill my order to sell at lower price -- $15 3/4. My friend's limited order at $16 was partially filled in DATEK at same day.

Datek did not applogized for such mistake but say it is your bad luck. Would you happy to hear that? Don't ignore other's pain when you are ok, Please!!!!!!!!
