Sent this last night to Newsweek...The article refers to a growing problem with Cyclospora in the U.S....NVID has stated, not in this release though, that this new non-toxic cleaner, will also kill Cyclospora... A nice little piece in "Newsweek" may do wonders for the company..And the price...If they follow up on this technology...
Newsweek, I'm writing to you concerning your article titled "Sorry, Wrong Berry",the July 15 article, page 51, in which the article refers to the problem of Cyclospora cayetanensis. Currently there is a company called NVID International that has recently developed a water ionization process which is capable of killing Cyclospora, Salmonella, and Staph A up to 99.999% within 30 seconds of contact...This new disinfectant is currently being reviewed by the US government... The company is also invovled in replacing chlorine in pools and spas..They currently have contracts with Disney, Marriott Hotels, and the US Navy, to name only a few..This new ionization process could revolutionize the food industry..I think this may make an excellent follow up article....The companies phone # is 1-800-226-3415. I hope this information will help....It is cutting edge....
