jenna, low beta stocks : put TRV on watch list for next earnings play. Also IBM, HWP, EMC. also drugs will be stagnant for a while due to PFE's weakness. however, feel MRK & WLA would be good again next earnings. Energy, they are entering a consolidation phrase before next earnings rolling around. They did that in the last 8 quarters. DO, GLM, CDG, HAL & SLB are my favorite in that order. NE could be a turnaround story. I like CAT & DD too - these are low beta, but with 3-4 pt swing in a 1 to 2 weeks period - companies in heavy machinery and basic industry are gaining favor in last couple months. Add IP & STO to this group (paper & forest products)
