Did anyone see Ashok Kumar on cnbc a few minutes ago talking about these capex cuts at intel?

I could barely hear it but the gist of it was, that the capex figure includes much more than just semi equipment, they break it down into different buckets, and the systems bucket which presumably includes all the amat products is allocated to increase 20%. He said the capex panic afterhours was an overreaction. Any comments?
