If Datek is such a bad broker, then why don't you close you account and go elsewhere. Really, get a life. You just come repeatedly on this thread and go on and on about your problem, the same problem again and again. One or two trades out of thousands done per day by them. If you hate Datek so much, get lost. And quit posting this stuff, it is not helping you at all and not adding value to the thread. No one wants to read the same thing repeatedly for weeks.
