Thats one. Look at this week's Barron's. I think 64 of the
67 wall street strategists were bullish for 2003. Look at the VIX, look at the % of bearish advisors to bullish advisors, look at all the 401K investors holding onto their stocks with a prayer. Sure we might get a rally after 3
down years but the secular bear market remains intact.
