Yes, Dogbert. I did so and also publicly charge Datek cheats customers. Datek could bring me to the court. I did not force anyone read the posts and did not post it repeatly but defending myself. It is not only me complained the unfilled marketable order in this thread. As a customer we all need to force a company to delivery the severice it promised. I belive it is our right and adds the value to the thread since we all looking for a good brokerage firm. When all the investors fight for their own right the market will be better.
