Ilmarinen - While free-association is a useful tool in some circumstances (ex: psychoanalysis), I have always been more comfortable with structured sentences, which also follow eachother. Could you please make an effort for me in that direction? I really have trouble understanding what you are talking about... Monaco-resident EU-citizens, or just if they actually are legally resident (for example, one of the finnish Formula drivers) Residents need to pass six months of the year here in Monaco. That's all. There are loads of EU citizens who are resident in Monaco, especially Italians.
