i wish i could say the same about dell service...

have bot dells for years and this last purchase and the service associated with it has to be the worst i've ever encountered...

a lot of hassle (many phone calls and various tech support and "customer care" support)with them to replace this laptop (twice now)...

if this one has to go back it would mean replacement number 3 and i think i would just scrap the whole deal and ask for a refund...and go to another vendor...not sure which though.

do you mind if i ask how long ago was your last encounter with dell..i used to have a very good opinion of their tech support as recently as 1 year ago...frankly i am amazed at how things have deteriorated.
