i've been playing crappers for years..... best time of year is early in a new year......the rest of the year they are pretty much a waste of time unless the market makes a good bottom like in april-sept 01....or aug- oct 02...... otherwise theres no need to waste your time on them..... so.....except for the next few months.....the rest of the year i won't bother with them unless we get another good bottom and ramp sometime during the year..... these stocks have a shelf life.....theres a time to play them....and more time to ignore them.....
