Theo,bob., per, & Mike, A lot of interesting points worth considering. In standard contracts wouldn't NAMX share in whatever comes out of the wells, oil or gas? Since Dr. Stamm drilled three gas wells in Eastern Germany and he knew he would be drilling in areas that could produce gas that he would make sure that was covered? Because press releases have been extremely vauge on agreements and we don't know what they are anything is possible. Bob
