German real estate prices are 15% BELOW THEIR LEVEL IN 1995. just imagine what kind of shape the US would be in if that occurred here. We will be there eventually if we hire people on L1 and move all jobs that uses computer and phone to India and China. I am not talking manufacturing jobs.
