I heard where it's supposed to get down to 15 in Atlanta. They were saying that a lot of pipes would freeze and burst because the homes aren't built for the low temperatures.

What's happened is the jet stream has taken a turn to the south coming out of Alberta, Canada and is sucking that frigid air down.
