that is exactly my point, that volumes like this are a form of capitulation. On one of the trading threads somebody correctly pointed out that the "new lows" crowd on SI are the same people who were bearish in 1995, meaning the perma bears are all that is left in this mkt.

This has been a great few months for tech stocks long though regardless of the LT trend.

Personally I was surprised at the strength in the intc numbers, I don't know why we have to dwell on them anyway but they did better than I expected, I know the mkt is down but it was looking for an excuse to selloff. QLGC reports tonite lets see how that goes.
