I'm not sure I agree with the bias of that article. How were consumers helped out by the telcos having to share their networks with the fraud of the century, WorldCom? I'm no fan of the baby bells and their feet-dragging monopolies, but I'm not sure that forced infrastructure sharing is the answer, either.
