There would probably be a minor expense savings if those shareholders owning less than 40 or so shares are paid off if a split of > 1 for 40 is done... Will this be a large impact on expenses... No! There shouldn't be any reason that LU should be negatively impacted by the reverse but since when does the market follow any kind of reason? So, knowing the emotional upside of this stock looks better to those with lots of shares... why would a stockholder not vote no to a reverse? I agree with ANON... The problem with this question is that it it makes the long outlook seem much longer... The only way to justify this is the possibility of LU seeing < $1 again... No long likes that.
