Mutual fund outflows out of stockfunds in 2002 have been miniscule (I think I read less than 2 %) compared
to total assets invested in stock funds. That tells me that
most people are still in the market. I have no idea what
the market is going to do or if new lows are coming but till I see a lot more fear and trepidation I am staying on the sidelines. If this is in fact a bull market, the charts
need a lot more basing to do before launching a sustained
bull market and will offer enough oppurtunities to get in.
