How is broken technology going to give them a competitive advantage?

IMO, speed/reliability/sound technology, on a scale of 1 to 100:

ISLD 100
INCA 50
BRUT 40
REDI 20
ARCA -100

REDI used to be 50, until ARCA took over and screwed them up but good.
