Well, you know when you say things are already historically whacked, you are appealing to what to many fokes think are just abstract figures. What I mean by the term "historically whacked" is that you and your neighbors have no job and no food and the President is tawkin' about everybody being patient and hanging in there. Bush is priddy dang popular - maybe not in your town (he's not here in NY so much) - but in vast stretches of America he is wondrously popular. He would win reelection handily even were the current status quo to hold firmly. The thing will grow more precarious as time passes, especially should we got to war.
